Marketing Operations Specialist

Remote
Full Time
Mid Level
Who we are:
We’re not just building a company — we’re building a different way of working. Around here, Customer Empathy leads everything we do. We trust you to make smart decisions with the customer’s needs at heart — because with freedom comes responsibility.
Integrity is non-negotiable. We speak with honesty, act with humility, and take ownership — even when it’s hard. Candor is part of how we build trust, not break it.
We believe Life > Work. A fulfilling life fuels great work, not the other way around. We encourage our team to embrace experiences, relationships, and passions outside the office — and trust each other to show up fully when it matters most.
We believe titles provide clarity, not superiority. Servant Leadership means we lead by lifting others, sharing information openly, and keeping politics and ego out of the equation.
Our version of Stewardship is about more than careful management — it’s about honoring the talents, resources, and opportunities entrusted to us by treating them with creativity, accountability, and vision.
And because we believe trust is earned daily, Transparency is our operating system. We share early, often, and honestly — making sure no one is ever left guessing.
At the heart of it all? High freedom. High responsibility. Radical trust. If you’re energized by ownership, motivated by purpose, and ready to help build a culture where people and ideas thrive — you’re in the right place.

Your Strengths:
You connect the dots between data, systems, and strategy. You’re analytical, curious, and driven to understand how marketing performance drives pipeline and revenue.
You’re comfortable diving into tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, or others but you never lose sight of how everything ties back to business outcomes.
You translate complexity into clarity. You help marketers and revenue partners understand data, define success, and make decisions with confidence.
You’re a builder at heart. You don’t just manage processes, you improve them, automate them, and make them scale.
You love being a thought partner. Whether it’s working with Marketing, Sales, RevOps leadership, or other stakeholders, you bring insight, structure, and follow-through.

What you’ll do:
  • Own the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across HubSpot and integrated systems
  • Build and maintain landing pages, forms, and workflows to support campaign launches and lead capture
  • Manage audience segmentation and list building to ensure campaigns reach the right people at the right time
  • Perform regular data hygiene, cleanup, and deduplication within HubSpot to maintain accurate records
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Operations to design and optimize campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards that highlight key metrics across lead lifecycle, funnel performance, and campaign ROI
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to align lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing logic
  • Manage integrations between tools (HubSpot, Coefficient, Edulead, Gong, etc.) and troubleshoot sync or data quality issues
  • Document and refine marketing operations processes for scalability, including campaign templates and best practices
  • Provide recommendations to improve data accuracy, reporting quality, and overall marketing performance

What you’ll bring:
2-4 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical role
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM/Marketing), Salesforce, and campaign tracking and attribution frameworks
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead lifecycle, attribution logic, and campaign performance
Analytical skills in Google Sheets / Excel and familiarity working with data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
A strong sense of data hygiene and governance; you notice when something looks off and you know how to fix it
Excellent communication skills – you can make data make sense to non-technical and marketing partners
A collaborative, growth-minded approach – you like solving problems with others, learning as you go, and improving continuously
Bonus: Experience in a B2B SaaS environment, working with school districts, K-12 education buyers, or account-based marketing

Why you matter:
Great marketing is powered by great operations. As our Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure the systems, data, and reporting behind every campaign are built to scale. You’ll be the connective tissue between Marketing and RevOps helping our team move faster, measure smarter, and market more effectively.
