Job Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Red Rover, you will be responsible for generating new opportunities, demoing the Red Rover solution, negotiating and finally closing deals. This is a quota carrying position that requires a proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. You will play a key role in building customer relationships and contributing to our sales goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and engage with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify Leads: Assess the needs of prospective customers and determine their fit for Red Rover’s solutions.
  • Schedule Sales Meetings: Set up qualified meetings with districts in territory.
  • Demo the Solution: Meet with district, determine their needs, and show how Red Rover can support their objectives.
  • Negotiate and Close Deals: After demoing, ability answer questions, provide pricing, and bring district into the Red Rover community.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up to date with K-12 education trends, staffing challenges, and competitive solutions to better engage with prospects.
  • Meet and Exceed Targets: Consistently hit or exceed lead generation and qualification goals
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
