Marketing Campaign Manager

Full Time
Mid Level
Who we are:
We’re not just building a company — we’re building a different way of working. Around here, Customer Empathy leads everything we do. We trust you to make smart decisions with the customer’s needs at heart — because with freedom comes responsibility.
Integrity is non-negotiable. We speak with honesty, act with humility, and take ownership — even when it’s hard. Candor is part of how we build trust, not break it.
We believe Life > Work. A fulfilling life fuels great work, not the other way around. We encourage our team to embrace experiences, relationships, and passions outside the office — and trust each other to show up fully when it matters most.
We believe titles provide clarity, not superiority. Servant Leadership means we lead by lifting others, sharing information openly, and keeping politics and ego out of the equation.
Our version of Stewardship is about more than careful management — it’s about honoring the talents, resources, and opportunities entrusted to us by treating them with creativity, accountability, and vision.
And because we believe trust is earned daily, Transparency is our operating system. We share early, often, and honestly — making sure no one is ever left guessing.
At the heart of it all? High freedom. High responsibility. Radical trust. If you’re energized by ownership, motivated by purpose, and ready to help build a culture where people and ideas thrive — you’re in the right place.
Your Strengths:
You’re equal parts strategist and doer. You can zoom out to see the market opportunity — and then dive into the details to make it happen.
You think in campaigns, but measure in outcomes. You’re energized by building integrated experiences that move the needle on awareness and pipeline.
You lead with collaboration. You know great marketing happens when sales and marketing work as one team — and you love being that bridge.
You’re grounded and adaptable. Timelines shift. Priorities change. You flex quickly and stay focused on results.
You know that the best campaigns feel personal. You’re always asking how to localize messaging, tailor outreach, and create relevance in the eyes of the audience.
What you’ll do:
Design and execute multi-channel, integrated campaigns tailored to specific state and territory opportunities
Serve as the marketing lead for assigned sales regions — partnering closely with RSMs, ISRs, and SDRs to drive alignment and results
Collaborate with Sales to translate regional goals into localized campaign strategies and targeted outreach
Build and deploy campaigns across email, digital, events, and content, using a mix of owned and paid channels
Craft segmented messaging and compelling state-specific assets, including case studies and local proof points
Leverage buyer intent data and support ABM strategies to identify and engage in-market prospects
Contribute to regional planning by identifying campaign opportunities, key sales plays, and growth strategies for each territory
Plan and execute in-person user summits and virtual events across priority states
Enable Sales with tailored tools and messaging that support state-specific engagement
Analyze and report on campaign performance at the state level, benchmarking against national initiatives
Continuously refine campaign operations to improve efficiency, scalability, and outcomes
What you’ll bring:
3–5 years of experience in demand generation, campaign execution, or marketing operations — ideally in digital or B2B marketing
A strategic mindset paired with strong execution skills — you’re comfortable owning the plan and the process
Proven project management skills, including campaign timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and reporting
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing peers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and project management platforms (Asana preferred)
Strong analytical skills with a focus on turning data into insights and action
Bonus: Experience in K–12 education marketing, territory-based selling, regional events, or ABM
Bonus: Experience launching webinars, direct mail campaigns, or state-specific thought leadership initiatives
Bonus: Familiarity with intent data platforms and lead scoring models
Why you matter:
